Use the Bizouk Pro app at the entrance and at the till
Bizouk Pro scans tickets even without a network, works as a till and a bar, and logs in with an account or a staff QR code.
The scan link is enough to check tickets with a phone. The Bizouk Pro app is useful when the network is unreliable, for tills, the bar and cashless, or on a terminal.
- Open Bizouk Pro and log in to your event, with your Bizouk account or a staff member's QR code.
- The app downloads the attendee list: it can then validate tickets without a network, and sends the entries as soon as the connection is back.
- The device appears in Caisse et bar › Appareils (Till and bar › Devices) at its first check-in (5 minutes at most): you can configure and monitor it remotely.
Special cases
How do I log in a staff member without giving them my account?
Add them in Sur place › Pool de staff (On site › Staff pool), assign them to the event, then have them scan their QR code (Contrôle des entrées › QR codes du staff, i.e. Entry control › Staff QR codes). You can also set a PIN code on their profile.
A ticket with a balance due is refused offline.
This is intentional: the balance of a table paid with a deposit can only be collected with a network connection. Offline, the app shows the amount to pay.
Do menu or settings changes reach the device?
Yes, at the next synchronization, within a few minutes.
