Prepare the till and the bar
Points of sale, menus and prices, till settings and table orders: everything is prepared in « Caisse et bar » (Till and bar).
- Caisse et bar › Points de vente (Till and bar › Points of sale): create your bars, box offices and pickup points, grouped by area. Each till sells on one point of sale.
- Caisse et bar › Articles et catégories (Items and categories) then Cartes des points de vente (Point of sale menus): the Carte principale (Main menu, the whole catalog) applies to any point of sale without another menu; create a « VIP menu » or a « Bar menu » if prices or items change, and time-based prices (happy hour).
- Caisse et bar › Réglages des caisses (Till settings): choose a value for the whole event, then customize by area or by point of sale (the most specific one wins). The tills pick them up within a few minutes.
- Caisse et bar › Commande en ligne et QR (Online ordering and QR): customers order from their phone and pick up at the counter or at their table. Print the QR posters and stick them on the counters.
- On the day, the tills run on the Bizouk Pro app; order pickup and stock go through the Bar and Bar Manager apps (Contrôle des entrées › Applications).
Special cases
Where can I see each bar's sales?
On the Points de vente page, each point of sale shows its sales (since the start or over the last 24 hours) and the connected tills.
And the X and Z reports?
They are printed from the till, in the Bizouk Pro app, when the till session is closed.
