Use a promo code
Enter your code on the event's price page: the discount shows under each price it applies to before you choose.
- Open the event page and go to the price list.
- Enter your code in the box provided, or tap J'ai un code de réduction (I have a discount code) just above the booking button.
- The prices it applies to show their discount; the others say « Non concerné par le code » (Not covered by the code).
- Choose your spots and continue: the discount appears in the summary before payment.
Special cases
Why is my code refused?
The message tells you the reason: code doesn't exist for this ticketing (check the spelling), not valid yet (the start date is shown), expired, not enough uses left for the quantity chosen, or none of the prices in your cart is covered.
I was sent a link with the code.
Simply open the link: the code is applied automatically on the price page.
I'm told to wait 15 minutes.
After several wrong codes in a short time, entry is blocked for 15 minutes to prevent people from guessing codes.
I'm a member: my code doesn't add to my discount.
If your membership already gives you a discount and the organizer doesn't allow combining, the member discount stays applied.
