Order from the bar at my table
Scan the venue's QR code, choose your items, pay with your credit or your card: you are told when it's ready, or it is brought to you.
- Scan the QR code displayed by the organizer (on your table or at the bar) and identify yourself (ticket, email or account).
- Choose your items, then Comment la recevoir ? (How do you want to receive it?): at your table (a waiter brings it to you) or at the counter (you pick it up), depending on what the venue offers.
- Choose Comment payer ? (How do you want to pay?): your credit (cashless, table credit), your card, or both.
- Your order goes to the bar with a number (Commande n° … (Order no. …)). Follow its status on the same page: received, being prepared, on its way, ready to collect, served.
- At the counter, show Mon code (My code) to the staff to be served.
Special cases
Can I pay the rest to the waiter?
If the venue offers it for an order brought to your table: choose Le reste au serveur, à la table (The rest to the waiter, at the table). Your credit is used right away and you pay the rest (cash or card) on delivery.
My order is refused
The bar can refuse an order (out of stock, bar closed): the reason is shown and you are refunded what you had paid.
My credit doesn't cover everything
The site offers to top up the difference by card, or to remove items.
