Write the description and manage the flyer and visuals
Description, main flyer, videos and flyer variants: what is shown on your event page, and AI help to write it.
- Open Évènement › Description (Event › Description): title, subtitle, description and visuals of the public page. The first visual is the main visual.
- No inspiration? If the event has at least one image visual, the « Rédiger la description depuis le flyer » (Write the description from the flyer) block reads your flyer and suggests a text. Choose the tone, the length, the language, add instructions, then « Utiliser ce texte » (Use this text) or « Ajouter à la suite » (Add after).
- Review the suggestion (doubtful points are listed under the text) then save the page: nothing is published before that.
- In Évènement › Flyer et visuels (Event › Flyer and visuals), create variants of your flyer in other formats (story, square post, Facebook cover, banner…) and choose the one used as the main flyer.
- In Évènement › Vidéos (Event › Videos), add a video; in Évènement › Infos pour l'assistant (Event › Information for the assistant), write the practical information (access, parking, door opening, dress code, pack contents…).
Special cases
What is the information for the assistant used for?
The Bizouk assistant answers your customers on the site and on WhatsApp. These notes help it answer correctly about your event. They are never shown to customers and do not change the refund rules.
Can the AI make up information?
It is instructed to write only what it reads on the flyer and what you have already entered, and to flag its doubts. Always review dates, venue and prices before saving.
My flyer is portrait: is it cut off on the home page?
For the home page cards and the share preview (WhatsApp, Facebook), a landscape visual is automatically made from your main flyer as the event approaches. It is remade if you change the main flyer.
My main visual is a video?
That is possible; event lists then show the first image among your visuals.
