Service fees: paid by the buyer or by the organizer?

For each price, you choose whether the fees are added to the price paid by the buyer or included and deducted from what you receive.

Bizouk earns its income through service fees on each paid ticket: a percentage of the price with a minimum per ticket. A free price has no fees.

  1. On the price's page, set Frais de commission (Commission fees): Payés par le client (Paid by the customer: the customer pays your price + the fees) or Inclus dans le prix (Included in the price: the customer pays exactly the displayed price, the fees are deducted from it).
  2. Look at the summary on the page: Prix payé par le client (Price paid by the customer), Frais de gestion (Service fees) and Montant reversé à l'organisateur (Amount paid out to the organizer) update as you type.
  3. In the price list, the line under the price reminds you: « dont … de frais payés par l'acheteur » (including … of fees paid by the buyer) when the fees are on top, « Frais inclus · vous recevez … » (Fees included · you receive …) when they are included.

Special cases

Why is the price on the home page different from the one I entered?
The « dès … » (from …) price on event cards is the price paid by the buyer, fees included, of your cheapest public price on sale. If your fees are « payés par le client » (paid by the customer), it is therefore higher than your price. If a free price is on sale, the card shows « Gratuit » (Free).
Where can I see what I will receive per ticket?
On the event dashboard, the prices block shows « Payé par l'acheteur » (Paid by the buyer) and « Pour vous » (For you). The detail of what you receive is in your sales statements.
