Sell at the box office and create tickets by hand

Direct sale, Box office app on a phone, generating tickets to print: choose who collects the payment, Bizouk or you.

  1. Vente directe (Direct sale, from the back office): Ventes › Vente directe (Sales › Direct sale), then Générer une commande (Generate an order). Choose the prices and quantities as a buyer would, enter the customer's email (last name, first name and phone optional).
  2. State who collects the payment: either the customer pays online on Bizouk (they receive a payment link by email), or you were paid directly (cash, bank transfer or card on your terminal) and you enter the amount received, in full or a deposit.
  3. Application Guichet (Box office app, on site, on a phone or a tablet): Contrôle des entrées › Applications (Entry control › Apps), choose Guichet (Box office), create the link and give it to the person running the box office.
  4. Tickets to print: Ventes › Imprimer des billets (Sales › Print tickets), then Générer des billets (Generate tickets). Enter a quantity on one or more prices (or create a new price), and an attendee name if needed. One batch is created per price, to download and print.
  5. Find your box office sales in the Vente directe (Direct sale) list: status (confirmed, awaiting payment, expired, cancelled) and payment link.

Special cases

Can an order « en attente de paiement » (awaiting payment) be cancelled?
Yes, from the Direct sale list with the line's cancel button. An order already paid is refunded from its page in Ventes › Commandes (Sales › Orders).
How do I cancel a batch of printed tickets?
In Ventes › Imprimer des billets (Sales › Print tickets), cancel the batch: you must type « ANNULER » to confirm. This cannot be undone: the batch's tickets no longer pass access control.
Is the money collected at the box office paid out to me?
If the customer paid online on Bizouk, yes, like an online sale. If you were paid directly, the money is already with you: it appears in your statement as a sale collected by you, with no commission.
Who can sell at the box office?
The event's administrator, editors, directors and resellers. A reseller only sees their own sales. Generating tickets to print is reserved for the administrator and editors.
