Import tickets sold by another ticketing platform

Import another ticketing platform's file to scan all the tickets with Bizouk, or export your tickets to another access control system.

If part of your tickets is sold elsewhere, import them: on the event day, a single scanning app checks all the tickets, Bizouk and others.

  1. Get the file of its sales from the other ticketing platform (list of tickets with their barcodes).
  2. Open your event, then Ventes › Importer des billets (Sales › Import tickets) and Ajouter un lot d'importation (Add an import batch).
  3. Choose the original ticketing platform (Fnac, Ticketmaster, Weezevent, Digitick, Eventbrite, Shotgun, HelloAsso… or « Autre », Other) or let Bizouk recognize the format, then upload the file.
  4. Match each price detected in the file with one of your prices, or create a new price. Duplicates are ignored.
  5. Confirm: the imported tickets appear in your attendees and are scanned at the entrance.

Special cases

My format is not recognized.
Bizouk then lets you specify yourself which column contains the barcode, the name, the price… (custom import).
I imported the wrong file.
In the list of batches, Supprimer (Delete) cancels all the orders and attendees of that batch and frees up the stock. This cannot be undone.
What is « Revalider » (Revalidate) for?
To set back to confirmed the attendees left pending in a batch. It changes nothing for those already confirmed.
And to send my Bizouk tickets to another system?
Ventes › Exporter des billets (Sales › Export tickets) produces a file in the format of another access control system or another ticketing platform (Fnac / France Billet, Ticketmaster, Weezevent, Omniris - Zénith, Wilout, Skidata…). Wilout receives a ZIP file with one file per price.
Does the money from imported tickets go through Bizouk?
No: these tickets were sold and paid for elsewhere. The tax register marks them as « Importé d'une autre billetterie » (Imported from another ticketing platform).
