Find out where my sales come from (tracked links)
Create one link per post or per partner, then read the visits and sales of each one.
- In your event, open Marketing › Liens trackés (Marketing › Tracked links) and create a link.
- Give it a name (« Instagram story », « Bar X poster ») and choose the source (Facebook, Instagram, Google, partner, newsletter…), the medium (social network, advertising, email, QR code…) and a campaign.
- Copy the resulting link and use it instead of your event's normal link.
- On the same page, each link shows its visits, its sales, the amount sold and the conversion rate.
- For an overview, open Statistiques › Acquisition (Statistics › Acquisition) or Statistiques › Provenance des visiteurs (Statistics › Visitor sources): channels, sources, campaigns.
Special cases
I work with an agency or a consultant.
Give them the Marketing app (Contrôle des entrées › Applications, i.e. Entry control › Apps): a read-only dashboard with visits, channels, campaigns, the purchase journey and sales, with no customer data and no access to your back office. You choose whether they see the amounts, and you can set an expiry date.
Do my email and WhatsApp campaigns appear?
Yes, links sent by Bizouk are tagged: these campaigns appear in the traffic source statistics with their name.
