Add the line-up and the artists

List your event's artists, DJs and MCs: they are shown on its page and let people find it by an artist's name.

  1. Open Évènement › Line-up (Event › Line-up).
  2. Click « Générer avec les informations de l'évènement » (Generate from the event information): artists are detected on your flyers and in the description. Tick the ones to keep then « Ajouter les sélectionnés » (Add selected).
  3. Or add an artist by hand: name, type (DJ, MC, singer…), headliner, date and time of the set, stage, duration.
  4. Reorder the artists by drag and drop; remove those who are no longer coming.

Special cases

What is the line-up used for?
It is shown on the event page, and the Bizouk app search finds the event when someone types an artist's name. Bizouk's News pages also mention an artist's upcoming dates.
An artist cancels?
Remove them from the line-up and, if they were a headliner, update the description.
