Pay in installments
When the organizer offers it, you pay a first installment right away and the rest on the dates shown, from « Mes commandes » (My orders).
Payment in installments only exists if the organizer has opened it for their event, and sometimes from a minimum amount. It then appears when paying, next to paying in full.
- When paying, choose Paiement en plusieurs fois (Payment in installments): the installment schedule (amounts and dates) is shown before you confirm.
- Pay the first installment.
- For the next ones, open Mes commandes (My orders): the remaining amount due is shown with a button to pay. You also receive email reminders with a payment link.
Special cases
When will I receive my tickets?
Your tickets stay pending until the balance is paid: they become valid once the whole order is paid.
Are there fees?
Fees may be added for payment in installments: if there are any, their amount is shown next to the option before you choose it.
Are the installments taken automatically?
No, you pay each installment yourself from « Mes commandes » (My orders) or the reminder link.
