Where can I see my spot, seat, door or table?

Your numbered spot (section, row, seat), the recommended entrance door and your table are shown on your ticket and in « Mes commandes » (My orders).

  1. Open Mes commandes (My orders), choose the order, then Voir les billets (View tickets).
  2. Under each ticket, you see the session and then, for a numbered spot, the Section, the Rang (Row) and the seat number, with the entrance door when the venue specifies it.
  3. The same information is printed on the PDF ticket.
  4. For a table booking, the table number is shown on the confirmation page, on the ticket and in the order details.

Special cases

I see « Aucune place sélectionnée » (No seat selected).
Your ticket doesn't have a seat on the seating plan yet: tap Choisir une place (Choose a seat) under the ticket to pick one.
Can I change seats?
When the Changer de place (Change seat) button is offered under the ticket, you can choose another free seat on the plan.
The door isn't shown.
It only appears if the venue has set it for your seat. On site, follow the signs or ask the welcome staff.
