My Bizouk points and loyalty cards
You earn Bizouk points by buying online; they give access to the « loyalty prices » of some events.
There are two different things: Bizouk points, linked to your account, and an organizer's loyalty card, which you get at the bar or the till.
- Earn points: nothing to do. When you buy tickets online on Bizouk with your account, points are added once your order is paid. The number of points depends on the amount paid and is shown on the confirmation page.
- See your balance: it is shown on your dashboard.
- Use your points: some events offer a « Tarif fidélité » (Loyalty price): a price + a number of points. Log in: the price list tells you if you have enough points.
- Choose this price like any other: the points are taken from your account once the order is paid.
Special cases
Why is payment blocked on a loyalty price?
You don't have enough points for this price, or you are not logged in. Choose another price or log in to the account that has the points.
Can points be exchanged for money?
No. They are only used for the loyalty prices offered on some events.
I bought without being logged in.
Points are added to the account that places the order: an order without an account doesn't earn any.
What is an organizer's loyalty card?
Some organizers offer a loyalty card at the till. After giving your number, you receive a message with a link to your card (a QR code): show it at the till and the organizer's offers apply automatically. It has nothing to do with your Bizouk points.
