Create or join a team
For some events, each participant joins a team: create yours and share its code, or find your friends' team while booking.
When the event works in teams, a « team » step appears during booking. Each participant must be placed in a team before moving on to payment.
- Create your team: at the team step, choose Créer ma team (Create my team) and give it a name.
- After payment, your team's share code appears on the confirmation page, in the email and in your order details (« Ta team » (Your team) block, Copier (Copy) button). Give it to your friends.
- Join a team: at the team step, in Rechercher une team existante (Search for an existing team), type at least 3 characters of its name: matching teams appear with their number of members.
- Choose the team, then enter its code if it asks for one.
Special cases
My friend's team doesn't appear.
Check the spelling of the name. Only teams that are still open for the same event are shown. A team marked « Complète » (Full) doesn't accept anyone anymore.
The code is refused.
Ask the team's creator for the right code: they can see it in their order details. After too many wrong codes, you have to wait 15 minutes before trying again.
I'm told it's no longer possible to create a team.
The organizer has set a number of teams: you can still join an existing team if there is room left.
