Book a table or a bottle pack
Choose the pack in the price list, build it (bottles, details of your night), choose your table on the plan if needed, then pay.
- On the event page, choose the pack like a ticket: its description sums up what is included (entries, items, bar credit).
- At the Compose tes packs (Build your packs) step, choose what you want in each pack: included items, paid extras, bottles if there is a budget or a minimum.
- Fill in the pack's person in charge if asked, and if you wish your night: arrival time, occasion, message to the team.
- If the event has a plan, the Choisis ta table sur le plan (Choose your table on the plan) step shows you the tables available for your pack.
- Finish with your information and payment. Your table and the contents of your pack then appear in your order, on your tickets and in the confirmation email.
Special cases
What is a minimum spend?
You pay the table at its price, then you choose your bottles from the menu, each at its price, paid online on top. The total of the bottles must reach the minimum shown.
Why are some tables greyed out on the plan?
They are already taken, or they don't match your pack: the plan shows you the possible tables.
Can I add people?
If the organizer allows it, the Personnes en plus (Extra people) block lets you add some, each with their own ticket.
An item sold out while I was building my pack
The site warns you and asks you to change your choice: the stock shown is checked right to the end.
I want to change my bottles
As long as you haven't paid, go back to the Compose tes packs (Build your packs) step with Modifier ma sélection (Edit my selection). After payment, ask the organizer through the event messaging.
