Collect the balance of a table at the entrance
A table paid with a deposit shows the balance due when scanned: collect it on site, and the tickets become valid.
When a table is sold with a deposit, the buyer pays part online and the rest on site. Until the rest is collected, their tickets are « awaiting payment ».
- At the entrance, the scan shows the balance due, the table and the number of entries instead of validating the ticket.
- In the Bizouk Pro app, a person in charge chooses the payment method: cash, card on another terminal (with its reference), linked terminal, Tap to Pay, or a QR code the customer pays on their phone, possibly splitting with their friends.
- Once the balance is collected, the order's tickets become valid and the scan lets people in.
- Away from the entrance, you can also click Solde encaissé (Balance collected) in Billetterie › Tables vendues (Ticketing › Tables sold) (cash or card on another terminal): the order is settled and the tickets are sent to the customer.
