Have people book in teams
Create team types linked to your prices: buyers create their team or join a friend's team when booking.
- Open Billetterie › Équipes de participants (Ticketing › Attendee teams), then Ajouter un type d'équipe (Add a team type).
- Choose the Tarifs applicables (Applicable prices), the joining mode (public, or private protected by a password), the maximum number of teams, of members per team and of attendees in total.
- When booking one of these prices, the buyer creates their team or searches for an existing team by its name (3 characters minimum) and joins it, with the code if it has one.
- The team's creator finds their share code on their confirmation, in their customer account and in their order email, to pass on to their friends.
- Follow the teams in the list: attendees, full or empty teams. From a team's page, you see its access password and can move an attendee to another team.
Special cases
A friend cannot find the team.
They must book a price linked to the same team type and type at least 3 characters of the team's name. A full team can no longer be joined.
The code is refused.
After several wrong codes, the team is blocked for 15 minutes for that person. The right code is in the creator's order confirmation, or on the team's page in your back office.
