Table: deposit paid, rest to pay on site
When the organizer offers it, you book your table with an online deposit and pay the rest when you arrive.
The deposit is the organizer's choice, price by price. It only applies if your order contains only this table, with no paid extra; otherwise you pay everything online.
- On the payment page, the Acompte à régler en ligne (Deposit to pay online) box shows you the total price, the deposit to pay now and the rest to pay on site.
- Prefer to pay everything? Click Je préfère tout payer maintenant (I'd rather pay everything now).
- Once the deposit is paid, your table is booked. Your order shows Acompte reçu, reste à régler sur place (Deposit received, rest to pay on site) with the amount remaining.
- When you arrive, pay the rest to the organizer's team: in cash, by card, or by scanning the QR code they show you to pay on your phone.
- As soon as everything is paid, your tickets become valid and you can get in.
Special cases
Can several people pay the rest?
Yes: with the QR code shown on site, each person can pay their share on their phone. The table is confirmed as soon as everything is paid.
Why are my tickets « en attente » (pending)?
As long as the rest isn't paid, the ticket is refused at the entrance with the amount remaining: that's normal, the team collects the rest and lets you in.
Can I resell a table paid with a deposit?
No: only a ticket fully paid online can be resold.
