Reading your sales statement
The statement details your sales on Bizouk, refunds, the commission and the services deducted, then the amount to be paid to you.
The sales statement (reddition de comptes) is drawn up for each event and recalculated if a sale, a refund or a service is recorded afterwards.
- Open the event then Comptabilité › Relevés de ventes (reddition) (Accounting › Sales statements), or Compte de facturation (Billing account) › Voir tous les versements et relevés (See all payouts and statements) › Relevés PDF (PDF statements) tab.
- Bilan des ventes avec paiement via la plateforme Bizouk (Sales paid through the Bizouk platform): one line per ticket type (quantity, unit price, VAT, total). Refunds appear as negative « REMBOURSEMENT » (REFUND) lines; a partial refund on an order that was kept appears on the « Remboursements clients (commandes maintenues) » (Customer refunds, orders kept) line.
- Frais de services et commissions Bizouk (Bizouk service fees and commissions): the « Commissions sur ventes » (Commissions on sales) line and the services you ordered, deducted at source (emailing, WhatsApp or SMS campaign, featured placement, Google Ads campaign, payment terminal rental, resending confirmations…), each with its details.
- Montant à reverser (Amount to pay out): what you receive for this event. Transfers already made are in Comptabilité › Versements reçus (Accounting › Payouts received).
- Bilan des ventes hors plateforme (Sales outside the platform) and Bar / Cashless — encaissé en externe (Bar / Cashless, collected externally): what you collected yourself (cash at the box office, other ticketing platforms, balance paid on site…). These amounts are listed for information and are not paid out.
Special cases
Why does a line end with « ACCOMPTE » (DEPOSIT)?
Where can I see the commission per ticket type?
My statement changed afterwards.
