My customers: who sees what and how to write to them
Clients › Clients (Customers › Customers) lists the buyers of your events, with their purchases and their profile, but never their email or phone number.
- Open Clients › Clients (Customers › Customers): you see the people who bought for the events where you are administrator or editor.
- Choose an event in Vos évènements (Your events), or keep Tous mes évènements (All my events), then filter (first or last name, recent purchases, number of orders).
- Each customer has a profile: Fidèle (Loyal: at least 2 of your events), Nouveau (New: first purchase less than 60 days ago), Occasionnel (Occasional), À relancer (To follow up: no purchase for more than a year).
- Click on a customer to open their page: their orders for your events, what they spent, their purchase dates.
- To write to them, click Écrire à ces clients (Write to these customers): you go through the event's emailing, the message is sent from Bizouk and the customer can unsubscribe.
Special cases
Why do I never see my customers' email or phone number?
It is a platform rule: contact details stay on the customer's Bizouk account. No organizer sees them, neither on screen nor in an export, even partially. The only exception: answers to a form you have set up for an event (order questions, for example).
What does the export contain?
First name, last name, city, postcode, events, orders, amount spent, first and last purchase, profile. No email or phone number.
A customer unsubscribed from my emails.
The unsubscription applies to your organization: they no longer receive your campaigns, even if they keep buying. Their tickets and order confirmations keep arriving.
My colleague cannot see the list.
It is reserved for an event's administrator and editors. A director, a scanner or a reseller has access to scanning and sales, not to the list of buyers.
What about segments or the overview?
Clients › Vue d'ensemble (Customers › Overview) and Clients › Segments (Customers › Segments) cover the whole organization: they are reserved for the organization's administrators.
