« L'organisation n'est pas accessible » (The organization is not accessible) or my event does not appear
You are almost always logged in with a different Bizouk account from the one that manages the organization or that created the event.
Many organizers have two Bizouk accounts, with two email addresses. If the organization or the event was created with one and you are logged in with the other, the page does not open or your list of events is empty.
- On the billing account page, if another account manages the organization, Bizouk tells you and shows its masked address.
- Option 1 — Switch account: if you have access to that address, log out and log back in with it, you go straight back to the right page. Forgot your password? A link is offered on the page.
- Option 2 — Use the current account: you also manage that address? Request the code: it is sent to the administrator's address. Enter it (valid for 10 minutes): your current account becomes an administrator of the organization, without losing anything.
- Event not found: open the Bizouk assistant and tell it that your event does not appear. It asks you for the address used to create it, sends a code there, and links its events to your account when you give it the code.
Special cases
Why a code, and not a simple link?
Does anything change if I link my event through the assistant?
The assistant refuses to link my accounts?
I no longer have access to the other address?
