Collecting feedback from your attendees after the event

The next day, Bizouk asks the people who came for their feedback; their answers arrive sorted in Retours clients (Customer feedback).

The feedback request is turned on by default. You can refuse it for one event or for your whole organisation: a « no » always takes precedence. Before an event, an email may also offer you to accept or refuse it in one click.

  1. Open the event then Marketing › Retours clients (Marketing › Customer feedback).
  2. In Réglages de la demande (Request settings), choose Oui (Yes), Non (No), or « Comme le réglage de mon organisation » (Same as my organisation's setting), and what Bizouk offers as a thank-you (your next date on sale, or nothing). A box lets you make it the setting for all your events.
  3. Click M'envoyer un test (Send me a test) to see what an attendee receives.
  4. After the event, follow the average rating, the response rate, the summary (what worked, what to fix, for next time) and the topics mentioned.
  5. In À traiter (To handle: questions, lost items, specific complaints), click Répondre (Reply): an editable draft is suggested. Your reply is sent signed by your organisation, on WhatsApp if the conversation is open, otherwise by email.

Special cases

Who receives the request, and when?
The people scanned at the entrance (all buyers if nobody was scanned), during the day in their local time, never at night nor more than 4 days after the event. A person receives at most one request per week, across all organisers, and can reply stop.
By email or by WhatsApp?
The request is sent by email, free of charge. The « Par WhatsApp » (By WhatsApp) option in the settings is only charged for messages actually sent, on your sales statement, at the price shown on the page.
Are the reviews published?
Only if you turn on Avis vérifiés sur la page de l'évènement (Verified reviews on the event page). All reviews of your events from the last 24 months are then displayed, without names, and you can neither choose nor hide a comment. Each attendee can refuse to have theirs displayed; questions, lost items and refund requests are never published.
No request was sent.
It is not sent if you answered no, nor for a cancelled or suspended event, nor when a cancellation or postponement procedure, or related refund requests, are in progress on the event.
