Sell a private price by link, to partners or to members
A private price does not appear on the event page: it is sold through its link, its QR code, your partners or your members.
- Create the price in Billetterie › Tarifs (Ticketing › Prices) and choose the Privé (Private) visibility. Only people who have its direct link will be able to buy it.
- In the price list, click Copier le lien (Copy link) under the price and share it (WhatsApp, email…).
- For display on site, click QR / Afficher (QR / Display): you get an A4 PDF poster with a large QR code, a title and a message of your choice, with or without the price.
- For a price reserved for works councils (CSE) and companies: Ajouter un tarif › Tarif partenaire (Add a price › Partner price). In Accès partenaire (Partner access), open it to all your partners, to a category (works council, sponsor, media) or to chosen partners: their members see it in the catalogue of their partner area.
- For a price reserved for your members: Abonnements (Memberships) section of the price page, tick the levels in Réservé aux abonnés (Reserved for members). With an « Avant-première abonnés jusqu'au » (Members-only early access until) date, it opens to everyone after that date.
Special cases
Can a private price's link be guessed?
No: it contains a random identifier specific to the price. However, anyone who receives the link can buy: only send it to the people you choose.
Does an unticked partner keep access?
No, they lose access as soon as you save, unless their members have already booked this price.
Does a member have to be logged in?
Yes: a reserved price can only be booked by members of the ticked levels, logged in to their account. Others see it locked. You can also limit the places per member on this price.
