Organizer terms, prohibited activities and suspended event

You accept the organizer terms for each event; an out-of-scope or prohibited event can be suspended.

Bizouk is used to sell tickets and services related to an event. The organizer terms describe this scope and the prohibited activities, taken from our payment institution's list (gambling, adult content, drugs, weapons, counterfeits, unauthorized financial services…).

  1. When creating each event, tick « J'accepte les conditions organisateurs Bizouk pour cet évènement » (I accept the Bizouk organizer terms for this event). For an event created by the assistant or duplicated, a banner on the dashboard asks you to.
  2. Without acceptance, the event cannot be published.
  3. Event pages are reviewed: automatic check of the text and visuals, then our team decides. No suspension is decided by the machine alone.

Special cases

What happens if my event is suspended?
A red banner is shown on its dashboard, sales are stopped on all channels, the public page is no longer accessible and the event's payout is blocked. You receive an email explaining the reason.
How can I contest or correct it?
Reply to the email received or contact support from your account. If the suspension is lifted, the event goes back to draft: you republish it yourself, accepting the terms again.
What about buyers who have already paid?
Our team decides with you what happens next, including their refund.
My activity requires authorization (alcohol, casino games on site…)?
Some activities are allowed with authorization. Contact support before publishing if you have any doubt.
