Why am I asked for my opinion after the event?
The organizer wants to know how their event went. You answer in one click, you can keep your review private or stop being asked.
- After an event you attended, you may receive a message (email, sometimes WhatsApp) asking for your rating.
- Choose your rating in one click, then, if you wish, say in a few words what you liked or what went wrong.
- Your feedback is passed on to the organizer with your first name and the initial of your last name, never your email or phone.
Special cases
Will my review be published?
If the organizer displays verified reviews, your text may appear on their event pages, without your name (« Participant vérifié » (Verified attendee)). To keep it private, use the link provided for this on your review page (it is also in the last WhatsApp message of the exchange).
I don't want to receive these requests anymore
Reply stop on WhatsApp, or use the unsubscribe link in the message. You then no longer receive any review requests, from any organizer. Your tickets and confirmations keep arriving.
I have a problem to report (lost item, refund)
Write it in your reply: the organizer is notified. For a refund, also make a request from your order.
