Why am I asked for a code when I log in?

Since 2 November 2026, a confirmation code is mandatory for organizers each time they log in from a new device.

Your account gives access to your sales and your payouts. Since 2 November 2026, after your password, a 6-digit code is requested from any account that has an organizer role on an event (administrator, editor, director, reseller), when it logs in from an unknown device.

  1. Log in with your email and your password.
  2. A 6-digit code is sent on WhatsApp (to your account's number) or by email if no number is known. If WhatsApp cannot deliver it, a new code is automatically sent by email.
  3. Enter the code: it is valid for 10 minutes. Leave the « Ne plus demander de code sur cet appareil pendant 30 jours » (Don't ask for a code on this device for 30 days) box ticked on your usual computer or phone.
  4. To choose the channel (WhatsApp or email) or forget trusted devices, go to Sécurité du compte (Account security).

Special cases

I did not receive the code?
Wait a minute then click « Renvoyer » (Resend). You can also choose « Recevoir le code par email » (Receive the code by email) or « Recevoir le code sur WhatsApp » (Receive the code on WhatsApp). As a last resort, the code can be sent by SMS (at most 3 per 24 h). Also check your spam folder.
I typed a wrong code several times?
After 5 attempts, the code no longer works: log in again to receive a new one. Beyond 6 codes in one hour, you have to wait one hour.
Can I turn it off?
No, it is mandatory for organizer accounts. You can only change the channel and manage your trusted devices.
I changed my phone number?
Update your number in your account, or choose email as the channel in Sécurité du compte (Account security).
My computer is shared?
Do not tick the trust box, and use « Oublier tous ces appareils » (Forget all these devices) if you did so by mistake.
