I'm in a queue

When lots of people buy at the same time, you are served in order of arrival: keep the page open or ask to be notified.

During a big sale, spots are first reserved for carts that are being paid. When carts are not paid, the spots come back and go to the next person in the queue.

  1. Keep the page open: it updates on its own and shows your position and the estimated wait. Your tickets stay in your cart while you wait.
  2. Have to leave? Choose Prévenez-moi quand c'est mon tour (Notify me when it's my turn), by WhatsApp or email. You receive a link to pay and your spots are held for 10 minutes.
  3. When it's your turn, a countdown appears: finish your order before it ends, otherwise the spots will go to the next person.
  4. Another price still has spots? It appears under « Disponible tout de suite » (Available right now): you can take it and go straight to payment.

Special cases

What does « Places réservées pour vous » (Spots reserved for you) mean?
For very popular sales, your spots are held as long as you stay on the page, up to 25 minutes. When paying, the Garder ma place 3 minutes de plus (Keep my spot 3 more minutes) button gives you a little extra time if needed.
My booking has expired.
Tap Reprendre ma commande (Resume my order): we check whether spots are left and your cart is rebuilt with the same tickets.
Everything sold out while I was waiting.
Sign up for the waiting list: if spots become free (resale, cancellation), you are notified with a link to buy them.
A page with a countdown appears before the opening.
For some sale openings, the people present at opening time are placed in random order: arriving very early or reloading the page gives no advantage. Those who arrive afterwards follow on, in order of arrival.
