When do you receive the money from your sales?
After the event has ended, once your file is in order: the sales statement is drawn up and the transfer is sent to your bank account.
Bizouk collects your buyers' online payments, then pays you your sales minus the commission, refunds and the services you ordered.
- During the sale, the money is held. In Compte de facturation (Billing account) › Voir tous les versements et relevés (See all payouts and statements), the Par évènement (By event) tab shows the estimated amount with the status « après l'évènement » (after the event).
- Once the event has ended (at the earliest the day after the last date), the sales statement is drawn up and the payout prepared: automatically overnight if your account is in order and nothing is holding it, otherwise after a check by our team.
- You can also request it from the event: Comptabilité › Demander un versement (Accounting › Request a payout), reserved for the event administrator. Your request is handled by our team.
- When the transfer is sent, you are notified by WhatsApp or SMS. It appears in the Virements reçus (Transfers received) tab with its date and the IBAN (masked), and in the event's Comptabilité › Versements reçus (Accounting › Payouts received).
Special cases
What can delay the payout?
A file not yet approved, a check in progress (new IBAN, date or venue changed), an event announced as postponed or cancelled, or a buyer's refund request on the event. See Why is my payout on hold?
Can I be paid before the event?
No, unless Bizouk has granted early payout to your account: the Demander un versement (Request a payout) page then says so, with the available limit.
What about the subscriptions I sell?
Subscription sales have their own statement, one per month, and are paid out by our team.
I cannot see the amounts.
An event's amounts are only visible to its organiser (Event administrator role), even for an administrator of the organisation.
