Follow my sales live

The event dashboard shows your revenue, your tickets, the forecast and the visitors, updated every 30 seconds.

The Tableau de bord (Dashboard) is the first page of each event. The figures reload by themselves every 30 seconds: no need to refresh the page.

  1. Open Mes évènements (My events) and click on your event: you land on its Tableau de bord (Dashboard).
  2. At the top, four figures: Vos recettes (Your revenue: what comes back to you, after refunds, fees and the Bizouk commission), the paid tickets sold and the places still to sell, the forecast at the end of sales, and the page visitors with the number of people currently buying.
  3. Further down: the Qui achète (Who is buying) block (women / men, average age, tickets per order), the sales chart (24 h, 7 days or since the start, in tickets or in revenue), the latest orders and the prices table (paid by the buyer, for you, sold, remaining).
  4. To find out where your buyers come from, look at Par où ils arrivent (How they arrive: direct link, social networks, search engines, email, WhatsApp…) and D'où ils sont (Where they are from: regions of the visits).
  5. To go further, open the Statistiques (Statistics) section: Performance (detailed curve and forecast), Tunnel de conversion (Conversion funnel: where visitors drop off), Provenance des visiteurs (Visitor sources), Clientèle (Customers: your customers compared with those of your other events).
  6. To receive a summary every day without opening the site, set up Utilisateurs › Alertes ventes et virements (Users › Sales and payout alerts): you choose who in the team receives it and can add other numbers (accountant, partner).

Special cases

Why is « Vos recettes » (Your revenue) lower than the total paid by buyers?
Because this figure is what comes back to you: refunds, service fees and the Bizouk commission have already been deducted. The dashboard also shows what buyers paid and the share of fees and commission.
I cannot see the « À vous reverser » (To be paid out to you) block.
The amounts to be paid out and already paid out are only shown to the event's organizer (Administrator role). An editor or a director sees the sales, not the money to be paid out.
The forecast does not appear.
It needs a minimum of sales to be calculated, and stops once the event has started. The message « Pas encore assez de ventes pour une prévision » (Not enough sales yet for a forecast) is then shown.
Why do the regions not cover all visits?
The location is only known for visitors who accept cookies. The page shows how many visits are located out of the total.
Who can see the dashboard?
Sales figures are visible to the event's administrator, editors, directors and scanners. A reseller does not see them.
