Buying a ticket from a private individual: the risks

A ticket resold outside Bizouk may already have been used or cancelled. Use the official resale to be sure to get in.

A Bizouk ticket has a unique QR code, valid for a single entry. We can't guarantee a ticket bought outside the site.

Special cases

Why is it risky?
The seller can keep a copy of the QR code and use it or resell it several times: only the first person through gets in. They can also get a refund or resell the ticket on Bizouk, which then cancels it.
How can I safely buy a spot for a sold-out event?
Sign up for the waiting list: spots resold on Bizouk are offered to you, with a new ticket in your name.
A friend is giving me their ticket
They can transfer it to you from their account: the ticket moves to your account. The QR code stays the same, so only do it with someone you trust.
I was scammed
Bizouk can't refund a ticket paid to a private individual. Keep the proof of the exchange and contact the authorities.
