Why are there service fees?

Service fees pay for secure payment, sending the tickets and entry checks. They are shown before you pay.

Each price has service fees. The organizer decides who pays them: either they are added to the ticket price, or the organizer covers them and you only pay the price shown.

  1. On the price list, the price shown says whether fees are included.
  2. Before payment, your order summary breaks down the ticket price and the amount of service fees.
  3. You pay the total shown, nothing more.

Special cases

Are the fees refunded?
When your order is refunded in full, everything you paid is refunded, service fees included. If you resell your spot, you also get back the total amount paid (ticket and fees).
Why are there extra fees to pay in installments?
Payment in installments may have its own fees: they are shown next to the option before you choose it.
