Times, access, dress code: ask the organizer a question

Write to the organizer from the event page: you find their answer in your account.

  1. First read the event page: description, venue, date and times.
  2. Still have a question? In the Questions / Contact block of the page, write your message to the organizer and send it.
  3. Answers arrive in Mes messages (My messages) in your account.

It's about a refund or an order problem
Go through your order instead (Request a refund) or through support.
